Flower Essence Immersion

Begins April 15 2025!

Join us for a deep dive into the world of flower essences.

Flower essences work to heal emotional traumas and are one of my very favorite therapies.

Get to know a few of the essences on the deepest level- as a group, we will work with an essence for 2 week periods to discover more how they work on ourselves and other individuals.

Connect deeply with plant spirit meditations and experiences. Strengthen your ability to communicate with them.

Receive a set of 10 essences to work with throughout the course.

Learn how to assess the work of the essences.

In person classes will make 1-2 essences each class, journal and meditate with the plants. We will all take each essence for 2 weeks and discuss our experiences. This class will have various locations, and possibly travel 1-2 hours from Sacramento for a couple of classes. Locations TBD. You will be asked to reserve the day to do this, although depending on how far we drive, the total time can be 2 hours- 5 hours.

Lecture classes will be based on different topics and present as a materia medica of essences. Online Students will be encouraged to make their own essences throughout the course, but will also receive those made in the in person class. After each lecture, students will choose one of 2-3 essences to work with for the following two weeks, after which we will meet and share about the experiences.

Students will drop in deep and get to know the essences on an intimate level. They will also be doing personal work as they work with the essences.

Lecture topics include: Healing family traumas and living in the body, sensuality and reproduction, self esteem and your fullest potential, essences for the heart, the emotions, and creativity.

Students may choose option A or B.

Option A- for students close enough to drive to flower essence locations on Sundays, in person flower essence making classes, and the lectures, which may be attended in person or online. Online meetups with lectures and discussions on essences are held every other week. Class begins April 15. In person flower essence making classes are held once a month on a sunday.

Option B- online lectures only with the group experience discussion. Both classes include a flower essence kit.
